The Project Manager continuously monitors the execution of the project and takes actions to ensure the progress of the project as per plan.
We use modern version control systems, quality reviews and regular backups to ensure effective control.
Communicate: Communication is crucial element for any successful software implementation. It helps in managing the scope of the project and delivering solutions exactly as required.

Document: This is often the most under-rated activity in lifecycle of software development and maintenance.

At every stage, we prepare a set of effective documents and take the signoff from the client as necessary.
