Our approach to Project Management is based on front line experience of our staff delivering successful
Projects and Programmes for major blue chip companies like American Express, HM Customs and Excise, Centrica among many others.
We are committed to a high level of customer service throughout a project lifecycle.
After formal engagement for any project, the Project Manager works closely with the client and the development team throughout the life cycle of the project.
In the initial phase, we get the requirements in detail, giving our inputs and suggestions wherever required. The requirements are then analysed and the risks and problem areas are clearly outlined,
milestones and timelines are clearly defined. This planning exercise helps in aligning the client expectations with the development work.
To ensure high level of customer service and exercise effective control over each project, the project manager acts as a single point contact for
the client as well as the development team. Theirs in the bottom line responsibility for all deliverables.
We maintain a process-driven approach to our work; critically analysing the positive and negative aspects of our work and using it as feedback to improve our processes further,
thereby giving maximum value to our client.
