Do all sites look the same?
Our sites are based on proven functionality and methodology. As the web designer, we would expect you to push the boundaries and design the site as you feel best. We can advise on good practice for navigation and compliance issues etc. if requested.

Do I pay to be a partner?
No, it is a business arrangement and there are no costs involved. All we ask is that you show a commitment to make the venture work.

Are there any ongoing charges?
The initial price is all you pay for each solution. The only ongoing charges are for subsequent annual hosting or any further enhancements requested.

Can you use the CMS from anywhere?
The content management console is accessible via the internet through IE5.5+ and FireFox on a PC. You can use it from any PC connected to the internet.

Do I/my client have a guarantee?
Yes, we guarantee to fix any errors occurring within the first 12 months free of charge. However, problems are unlikely as the programming is proven and the best practice approach eliminates errors.

Can I see a working solution?
Yes you can. Contact our sales team who will talk you through the demo either over the phone or face to face. You will find this more beneficial than just being given a login as the principal features can be explained.

What if I want something different?
Any additional requirements are available and will need consultation. However, our system has been designed to be flexible and should cater for most of your requirements. For example, content areas can be given names to suit you (e.g. distributors could be called offices, branches etc.).

If you have more bespoke requirements then we can provide a full consultation service that will give you a custom-built solution.

Will we have our own geographical area?
W3Quest wish the partnership to succeed and therefore will endeavour to keep their partners evenly spread across the UK . However, this is not a franchise. We do not ask for money and so exclusivity will be influenced by the business wins and the success you generate.
