Microsoft CRM: Customer Service

Standard Edition
Software
You will receive a Server licence and software for Microsoft CRM Customer Service and the appropriate number of Client licences and software for Microsoft CRM Customer Service Standard edition.
Implementation
W3Quest will complete a full installation of Microsoft CRM on your servers and the appropriate number of client machines within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
Microsoft Software Assurance
W3Quest includes two years Microsoft Software Assurance which gives you:
- Access to online Knowledge Base, self-support resources, news and information, downloads and more.
- Microsoft Online Training
- Software Upgrades and Service Packs
Helpdesk Support
In addition to the self-support services provided by Microsoft as part of the Software Assurance, W3Quest includes a pack of five support incidents with our helpdesk. Additional incidents can be purchased or we can supply an annual help desk support contract for a set fee.
End User Training
W3Quest will provide one day of general end user training per five users. Training will cover the basics of Microsoft CRM and how to use the application from a day to day user perspective. Topics include:
- Overview of Microsoft CRM
- Record Management
- Working with Records
- Customer Management
Training can be provided at the customer site. More advanced system administrator and technical training can be provided as an additional service on request.
